n Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland government client to recruit an experiencedSenior Technical Officer (AO4).In this role you will enhance ICT operational capability by providing technical advice, troubleshooting and hands‐on support in a primarily Microsoft setting.

Key responsibilities

n

Provide on‐site and remote operational support across sites in a primarily Microsoft environment.

n

Configure, install, monitor, support and manage ICT environments using sound technical expertise, and contribute to project deliverables as required.

n

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 1.5 technical support through the CITEC Service Centre, investigate and diagnose incidents, take remedial action and ...

n

Prioritise and allocate tasks, manage your own workflow and meet deadlines and defined service levels in a customer-focused manner.

n

Apply CITEC IT service management processes, service quality standards, and workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

n

Develop and maintain ICT documentation, knowledge base articles, work instructions and procedures for supported technical domains.

n





Provide practical guidance to users on the desktop environment and applications where required.

n

Provide customer-focused advice and use effective communication, negotiation and collaboration to resolve issues and reach decisions.

n

Mentor staff in the delivery of high-quality ICT support and help ensure agreed standards and procedures are followed.

About you

n

Experience supporting enterprise Microsoft Windows desktop and end‐user computing environments.

n

ICT configuration, installation, monitoring, support and management utilizing Microsoft EndPoint.

n

Configuration Manager across one or more technical domains.

n

Tier 1 and Tier 2 incident investigation, diagnosis, remediation, triage and escalation.

n

ServiceNow and ITIL-based IT service management processes, including working to agreed service levels.

n

Development and maintenance of technical documentation, knowledge base articles, work instructions and support procedures.

n

Ability to provide user training, mentor colleagues and communicate technical information to a range of stakeholders.
