Job Description

CommBank is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead GenAI, NLP and Agentic AI initiatives in Wealth & Private Banking. You will design, build and productionise customer-centric AI solutions, partnering with product, technology and business stakeholders to lift service quality and insights.

You'll move AI projects from prototype to production, mentor the squad, set technical direction and ensure governance, safety and explainability across models and workflows.
