About The Role:

A wonderful opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Bayswater in a flexible part-time position.

n

This is a varied role combining Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Office Administration. You'll be someone who enjoys keeping things organised, has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in delivering accurate work while supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.

n

Part time hours required are 22.5 per week, preferred days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (Flexible).

n

This role is based on site.

n

Tasks & Responsibilities

n

n
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
n
- General data entry and document management
n
- Supplier purchasing, setup and account maintenance
n
- Reconcile Supplier invoices and statements
n
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office
n
- Customer support including answering phones and handling enquiries
n
- Maintain accurate records and assist with general office duties
n

What are we looking at from you is:

n

n
- Previous experience in an Accounts Administration, AP/AR or similar position
n




- Strong understanding of accounting processes and reconciliations
n
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
n
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment will be viewed favourably
n
- Great attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
n
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused approach
n
