About You / Selection Criteria

n

We're seeking a confident, approachable leader who can leadand inspire their team, foster strong community relationships,



and maintainhigh-quality standards. You will:

n

n
- Have2+ years' Director experience
n
- Holda Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching Degree (ACECQA Approved)
n
- Holdcurrent WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, Child Protection andChild Safety (gekkko) training
n
- Bepassionate about play-based learning, secure attachments with children& environment as the 3rd teacher
n
- Excelin mentoring educators and creating positive workplace culture throughhands on guiding and role-modelling best practice
n
- Experiencewith compliance with the children's services regulations and law, and theassessment and rating process
n
- Rise & Shine Kindergarten is committed tochild safety and the wellbeing of all children. We are a Child SafeOrganisation and expect all team members to share our commitment to protectingchildren. Successful applicants will be subject to comprehensive screening,including Blue Card and reference checks.

- Overseecompliance & safety - rosters, ratio, documentation & regulatorycompliance

- Managebudgets & resources - ensure the Centre thrives operationally &financially;
