Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Operator to join one of our Shepparton-based manufacturing clients. Starting as a casual, you will be working full time hours from Monday through Friday with both day shift and afternoon shift available.

Positions vary from operating machinery and equipment, forklift work, assembling components as well as general labouring duties.

n

The successful candidates don't necessarily need experience in a manufacturing environment, however a keen eye for detail, being able to work in a team setting and having a positive "can do" attitude is essential.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Operating machinery and equipment to assemble products to specification
n
- Manually assembling components / products
n
- Perform quality checks at various stages of the production process
n
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
n
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
n
- Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures




n
- Operating all sizes of forklifts up to 12 ton
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Previous experience in a production or assembly role will be highly regarded
n
- Forklift license with experience highly advantageous
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
- Ability to work well in a team
n
- Being able to stand for long periods of time and lift over 15kgs
n
