One day you might be leading a workplace investigation for a healthcare client. The next, you're supporting a manufacturing business through a performance management issue, advising a technology start-up on scaling their workforce, or developing a people strategy for a growing organisation.

What does a typical day look like?

n

No two days are the same, but here's a snapshot:

- Conducting workplace investigations and preparing investigation reports
n
- Advising clients on employee relations, performance management and disciplinary matters
n
- Supporting leaders through misconduct, grievance and workplace conflict issues
n
- Providing commercially focused HR advice that balances risk with practical outcomes
n
- Developing HR policies, procedures and people frameworks
n
- Coaching managers to build leadership capability and confidence
n
- Supporting recruitment, workforce planning and organisational growth initiatives
n
- Visiting client sites to build relationships and understand operational challenges
n
- Collaborating with the fibreHR team to share knowledge, solve problems and deliver exceptional client outcomes

About You

n

You're an experienced HR professional who enjoys being a trusted advisor to leaders and business owners.

n

You are confident navigating complex workplace matters and can balance empathy with sound commercial judgement.

n

You'll likely bring:

n

n
- 5+ years' experience as a HR or Employee Relations Business Partner, or HR Consultant
n
- Experience managing end to end workplace investigations
n
- Demonstrated experience handling complex employee relations matters, including performance, misconduct, grievances and workplace complaints
n
- Excellent knowledge of Australian employment legislation and modern HR practices
n
- Proven ability to develop strong client relationships and become a trusted advisor who can influence, challenge and support business leaders.
n
- Experience supporting both blue-collar and white-collar workforces (highly regarded)
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
n
- Most importantly, you're passionate about helping organisations create great workplaces and delivering meaningful outcomes for clients.
