Role Overview

Senior Legal Liability Claims Manager at a national claims specialist provider. Work in a hybrid arrangement (2–3 days on site, remaining from home). Responsible for managing a personal injury and general liability claims portfolio, assessing liability and financial exposure.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the National Liability Manager and a team of legal qualified professionals.
n
- Manage a portfolio of personal injury and general liability claims.
n
- Assess liabilities and financial exposure for each case.
n
- Provide expertise on insurance principles, policies, and regulations.
n
- Analyze data, assess risks, and recommend effective solutions.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Law degree (essential).
n
- Proven experience managing personal injury or liability claims.
n




- Experience within a general insurance business and some private practice exposure is preferred.
n
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship‐building skills.
n
- Proficiency in industry‐specific software and Microsoft Office Suite.
n
