We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and eager graduate to kick-start their career as a Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator at our Moorebank location. This role is ideal for someone looking to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world, fast-paced business environment. You will have the chance to develop your procurement and logistics skills while contributing directly to the success of our projects. This is a 6–8–month contract role for Maternity leave cover.

Whether you're recently graduated or looking to transition into the field, you'll gain hands‐on experience working with a dynamic team and learn from industry professionals.

What you will do
n
n
- Attend and contribute to project meetings, manage schedules, prepare documentation, and oversee procurement and tracking of project goods.
n
- Coordinate and track all project movements, working closely with State Project Managers
n
- Coordinate and track International & National Logistic movements
n
- Foster relationships with suppliers, both national & international, to ensure up to date communication on delivery of materials.
n
- Manage invoicing and purchase orders, utilising SAP.
n
- Estimation and contracts administration requirements along with performing variations calculations.
n
- Assist in the implementation of lean procedures to drive business efficiencies.
n
n
What we require

- Experience in office Administration or similar role
n
- A polite and professional phone manner
n
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS office
n
- Attention to detail
n
- A demonstrated ability to analyse workflows and a desire to make process improvements
n
- A can-do attitude and a desire to provide excellent customer service
n
- A desire to work as an integral part of a small team
n
n
What we prefer
n
n
- Practical SAP experience, particularly around purchasing, purchase orders, goods receipts, inventory and invoicing.
n
- Comfortable working directly with Project Managers and taking ownership of actions, deadlines and deliverables
n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment
n
