Senior Software Engineer – Full-Stack & Mobile (AI-Enabled Development)

We're looking for a T-shaped engineer whocan move fluidly across web and mobile platforms while operating within amodern, AI-augmented software development lifecycle. You'll build and shipproduction-grade applications using React and React Native, while leveraging AItooling to accelerate design, development, testing, and deployment. Experience intelco environments is a strong plus, given the scale and regulatory nuances ofthat industry.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Design,develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using React and ReactNative
n
- Apply AI-enabledSDLC practices across the full development lifecycle — fromrequirements and design (AI-assisted specs, user stories) to coding (AIpair-programming/copilots), testing (AI-generated test cases, automatedQA), code review, and deployment (AI-assisted CI/CD, monitoring, andincident triage)
n
- Collaboratewith product, design, and QA teams to translate requirements into scalabletechnical solutions
n
- Ownfeatures end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment,and post-release monitoring
n
- Championbest practices for code quality, performance, accessibility, and securityacross platforms
n
- Evaluateand integrate AI tools/agents (e.g., code generation, automated testing,documentation generation)



to improve engineering velocity and quality

- Mentorjunior engineers on both technical delivery and AI-assisted workflows
n
- Participatein architectural decisions balancing web/mobile code reuse, performance,and maintainability
n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- T-shapedskill profile: deep expertise in at least one area (web or mobile)with solid working proficiency across the full stack
n
- Stronghands-on experience with React (web) and React Native (mobile/cross-platform)
n
- Solidunderstanding of mobile app development fundamentals (iOS/Android buildprocesses, app store deployment, native module integration)
n
- Practicalunderstanding of all phases of an AI-enabled SDLC:requirements/planning, design, development, testing, deployment, andmonitoring — and where AI tools add value at each stage
n
- Experienceusing AI coding assistants/copilots in a professional development workflow(not just casually)
n
- Stronggrasp of state management, API integration (REST/GraphQL), and performanceoptimization on both web and mobile
n
- Familiaritywith CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testingframeworks
n
- Goodunderstanding of software architecture patterns and scalable system design
n

- Telcoindustry experience

- Strongcross-functional collaboration across product, design, QA, and DevOps

- Abilityto evaluate emerging AI tools critically and pragmatically (not just adoptfor adoption's sake)

- Clearcommunicator, comfortable explaining technical tradeoffs to non-technicalstakeholders

- Self-drivenwith a continuous-learning mindset, especially around quick-evolving AItooling
