Tractor Drivers – Hay Contracting Operations

Staff 360 is recruiting experienced Tractor Drivers for a busy hay contracting operation running a up-to-date fleet across southern Queensland, NSW, and Victoria this coming season. This is a great opportunity for operators looking for an extended season and enjoy travelling with a crew and working on well-maintained, late-model machinery.

The Role

n

You'll be operating a mix of the following equipment across the contracting run:

n

n
- Windrowers fitted with mower conditioners
n
- 300hp Massey Ferguson and Fendt tractors
n
- Krone triple mower combinations and quad rakes
n
- Krone BigPack HD balers
n

n

The Run

n

n
- Team building progressively through September, with a full crew by early October
n
- Working from southern QLD, acrossNSW, andVictoria
n




- Season wraps up January/February 2027
n
- Accommodation provided at every site — typically motels, hotels, or pubs
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Solid tractor operating experience, ideally with mowing, raking, and/or baling equipment
n
- Comfortable working 12-14hr days during the season and travelling as the run progresses
n
- Current, clean and open driving licence — essential
n
- Own vehicle preferred but not essential
n
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well as part of a team
n
