The Opportunity

n

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join the delivery team on a government backed, large scale multi unit residential development in Padstow, working closely with the site management team to ensure works are delivered to program, specification and Coplex's quality standards.

n

This is a great opportunity for a Site Engineer to take on real ownership across a technically complex, high-profile project within a structured, supportive business that offers genuine mentoring and long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage day to day engineering functions across the project, including setout, survey and quality control
n
- Coordinate subcontractors,



deliveries and trade sequencing across multiple work fronts
n
- Review and interpret drawings, specifications and structural details, resolving RFIs and technical queries
n
- Support the project team with programme tracking, reporting and identifying potential delays
n
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and procurement schedules
n
- Ensure works comply with ICIRT standards, project specifications, government contract requirements and WHS legislation
n

About You

n

n
- Tertiary qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
n
- Must have local experience 2+ years as a Site Engineer within a similar large scale residential or multi unit environment
n
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methodology, documentation and site processes
n
- Ability to work well within a site team and take ownership of assigned work fronts
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with a proactive, solutions focused approach
n
