Description

- Supervise and coordinate residential construction projects from site start through to handover
n
- Manage and schedule trades, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely construction progress
n
- Maintain high standards of build quality, safety, and compliance across all sites
n
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction milestones
n
- Ensure builds are completed within company timeframes and budgets
n
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients throughout the construction process
n




- Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting through internal construction systems
n
- Ensure all work complies with company standards, building codes, and WHS requirements
n

Profile

n

n
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a residential construction supervisory role
n
- QBCC licence and a carpentry trade qualification
n
- Strong knowledge of Queensland building codes, standards, and practices
n
- Local knowledge and experience within the Queensland residential construction market
n
- Strong scheduling, planning, and trade management skills
n
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
n
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction
