About the Role

n

We are seeking reliable, skilled Pipelayers to join our civil construction team. This role covers a broad range of underground services installation across water, drainage, sewer, and utility network projects. This position offers generous casual rates with real opportunities to transition into a permanent role for candidates who demonstrate a solid work ethic and high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Laying, aligning & jointing pipes for civil drainage, stormwater, sewer & water mains
n
- Trenching, excavating, and preparing pipe beds to design specifications and grades
n
- Operating civil machinery on-site: backfilling, site levelling, and material transport
n
- Reading and interpreting plans, site drawings & level pegs
n
- Adhering strictly to site safety protocols
n

Key Requirements

n

n
- Experience: Proven Pipelayer across civil construction or utility infrastructure projects
n




- Multi-Disciplinary Skills: Knowledge of multiple piping systems (e.g., PVC, Poly, Concrete, DICL)
n
- Plant Tickets: Current tickets for Skidsteer and Roller are highly desirable
n
- Licences: Valid White Card and Driver's Licence ( Heavy Rigid / HR Licence is a distinct advantage)
n
- Fit: Able to perform manual handling and labour-intensive ground tasks safely
n
- Safety Mindset: Solid commitment to workplace health & safety
