Job Description
Two Way Cranesare currently seeking an organised and self-motivated Compliance Coordinator to join our team based in Glendenning.
n
Key Duties and Responsibilities
n
n
- Monitoring and maintaining mandatory training, credentials and qualifications, producing compliance reports and following up overdue requirements
n
- Conduct compliance audits across employee competencies
n
- Manage employee, vehicle and asset inductions across client and project portals
n
- Coordinate site access requirements for employees, vehicles, and assets
n
- Liaise with our fleet and allocations teams to ensure assets are compliant for daily jobs and large projects
n
- Liaise with a variety of customers and projects regarding job and site requirements
n
- Coordinate onboarding of employees and subcontractors
n
- Schedule site inductions, medicals, and training requirements
n
- Ensure no personnel are mobilised to site without required compliance documentation
n
- Maintain professional discretion when processing documents, including but not limited to Police Checks, Medical Records and Identification Documents
n
- Providing managers with project-based reporting as required
n
n
Required Skills/Qualification
n
n
- Confidence working across multiple customer platforms/portals daily
n
- Excellent organisation skills and solid attention to detail and accuracy
n
- The ability the engage with multiple employees across each department including crane crews and management
n
- Strong administrative and computer skills
n
- Supporting workflow process and business improvement initiatives
n
