About The Role

We're looking for reliable and friendly people to join our Albury store as Casual Retail & Product Assistants. You'll be working on the retail floor — helping customers find the right products while also supporting stock replenishment, store displays, and online pickups. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys retail, takes pride in their work, and communicates well with both customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

- Deliver attentive, skilled customer service on the sales floor

- Answer customer questions and recommend suitable products
n
- Restock and organise displays to a high standard
n
- Process sales, returns, and online pickups
n
- Help keep the store clean, organised, and well-presented
n

- No retail experience required — training provided

- Honest, reliable, and proactive attitude

- Confidence in communicating with customers

- Ability to follow instructions and take initiative

- Interest in high-quality kitchenware is a bonus
