In this role, you won't just sit behind a desk; you will actively shape the future by designing, developing, and deploying high-tech Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) and Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) fleets for diverse enterprise clients. As our go-to AGV/AMR technical specialist, you will bridge the gap between sales strategy and complex engineering execution:

n

Innovate & Design: Work closely with clients to understand their warehouse and facility workflows, conducting technical feasibility studies to map out custom AMR solutions.

n

Empower Teams: Upskill local sales divisions and system integrators, transforming complex product capabilities into easily understandable concepts.

n

Deploy & Deliver: Own the technical project pipeline, managing on-site deployments, layouts, and testing sequences to ensure a flawless system rollout.

n

Optimize & maintain : Conduct system health audits, troubleshoot performance issues, and enhance system stability to keep fleets running efficiently.

n

Voice of the Client: Gather field feedback and collaborate closely with product engineering teams to continually push the boundaries of product quality.

What You Bring to the Fleet

n

We are looking for an autonomous problem-solver who brings a mix of coding skills and engineering curiosity:

n

Education:



Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.

n

Industry Footprint: 3+ years of professional experience working within the automation, robotics, or material handling space.

n

The Technical Stack:

n

Solid programming skills in C / C++ or Python (Java a plus).

n

Practical experience or strong familiarity with ROS / ROS2, Docker, Git, CMake, and SQL.

n

A firm grip on network environments (TCP/IP, UDP).

n

Design Skills: Competence utilizing standard CAD software for creating facility layouts and system designs.

n

Mindset : High initiative, a strong sense of accountability for project delivery, fluent English communication skills, and a readiness for domestic business travel to client facilities.

n

MUST HAVES:

n

· Mandarin Chinese Proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese, as you'll be chatting and collaborating regularly with the team at the head office in China.

n

· International Travel: Willingness to pack your bags for regular trips between Australia and China to help with on-site rollouts, project launches, and team check-ins
