We are a tight knit and friendly GP Practice in a beach facing location. We are seeking our next Reception Superstar to join our tight knit team and provide a positive experience for our patients.

About the role

n

Our GP Practice is a mixed billing practice with a diverse patient base. The successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively in our small knit team who are collectively responsible for all reception duties. These duties include:

- Answering telephones, making phone calls, booking appointments and dealing with other telephone queries.
n
- Greeting and assisting patients.
n
- Faxing and scanning.
n
- Providing administrative support for our clinical team.
n

n

Our practice can be busy and you will often be required to multi-task and prioritise your workload.

n

About you

n

You will have the following experience, skills and attributes:

- Working in a team environment
n
- Working in a fast-paced environment
n
- Have a professional and friendly demeanor
n




- Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn current computer programs
n
- Australian work rights are required for this position
n

Experience working in a similar role is advantageous but not required. If you have a great personality and an eagerness to learn you are strongly encouraged to apply. Immediate start preferred.

Initially casual work with approximately 15-20 hours per week with the opportunity to progress to further hours to suit Practice needs and for the right candidate.
