About the Role
n
This role is for our ROUSE HILL,
BOX HILL OR VINEYARD CENTRES.
n
This role carries a high level of responsibility in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of every child.
n
You will:
n
Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and nurturing environment
n
Contribute to a culture of child safety, reflective practice, and continuous improvement
n
Work collaboratively with a passionate and professional team
n
Engage in meaningful relationships with children, families, and the wider community
n
Contribute to sustainable practices and inclusive learning environments
n
About You
n
You will:
n
Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
Demonstrate a strong commitment to child safety, including upholding Child Safe Standards and reporting obligations
n
Maintain safe, respectful, and professional interactions with children at all times
n
Have experience working with children aged 0–6 years
n
Be an effective communicator with colleagues, children, and families
n
Hold (or be willing to obtain) a First Aid qualification
n
Hold a valid and verified Working with Children Check (WWCC)
n
Provide a minimum of two professional references
n
