Ausave Energy has been installing residential solar across Newcastle and the Central Coast for over 15 years. We run around 80 installs a month with a team of 40, and we've built the business on premium systems, clean workmanship and customers who refer us on.

We're not looking for volume chasers. We're looking for an installer who takes pride in a straight rail line, tidy cable management and a switchboard they'd be happy to photograph.

The role

- Residential solar and battery installations across Newcastle and the Central Coast
n
- Working with quality gear: Sigenergy, GoodWe, JA Solar, Jinko, AIKO
n
- Leading a crew, setting the standard on site and bringing apprentices along with you
n
- Backed by a real scheduling and design team, so you turn up to jobs that are properly planned
n

- $110,000 to $120,000 base salary

- $30,000 to $50,000 in performance bonuses (realistic OTE of $140k to $170k)

What we're after

- SAA (formerly CEC) accreditation for grid-connect solar, battery endorsement well regarded
n
- NSW electrical licence
n
- Working at Heights, White Card, EWP ticket
n
- Quality-first mindset. You check your own work before anyone else has to

- A positive attitude and someone who lifts the crew around them
