The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available to our Fashion Concession Store located within Myer Charlestown.
n
Provide excellent service and styling assistance to our customers.
n
Excel in your role as a Pilgrim Fashion Ambassador displaying a strong affinity with the Pilgrim brand and its product
n
Optimize store performance by delivering strong sales results
n
Lead by example, train & develop staff to foster a supportive and cooperative work environment that delivers results
n
Enjoy delivering a high standard of personal, staff, store, and stock visual presentation.
n
Be innovative and provide feedback to management on new ways to improve Pilgrim's performance.
n
Provide good housekeeping and administrative skills.
n
Skills and Attributes
n
It would be desirable if you had some or all of the following:
n
Strong understanding of styling for all body shapes.
n
Great time management and attention to detail.
n
Desire to be a Pilgrim Fashion Ambassador and to represent the Brand.
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
Proven success in fashion retail.
n
Proactive and positive attitude with passion, engagement and integrity
