The Opportunity

n

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing practical and commercially focused HR support across the full employee lifecycle.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees
n
- Support performance management, talent development and succession planning processes
n
- Assist with employee relations matters, investigations and workplace issues
n
- Coach leaders on people management and employment legislation
n
- Coordinate remuneration reviews and workforce planning activities
n
- Maintain HR policies, procedures and employee records
n
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives
n




- Support learning and development programs
n
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and workplace policies
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

n

n
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
n
- Several years experience in a generalist HR position
n
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation
n
- Experience supporting operational, manufacturing, logistics, engineering or technical environments is highly regarded
n
- Demonstrated employee relations and stakeholder management experience
n
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
n
- A practical, hands-on and solutions-focused approach
n
- The ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation
n
