About the Role

n

You'll be responsible for:

n





n
- Operating a grader safely and efficiently
n
- Final trim and pavement preparation
n
- Operating excavators, skid steers, rollers, loaders and other civil plant
n
- Reading plans and working from survey levels
n
- Drainage installation and earthworks
n
- Road construction and maintenance
n
- Daily machine pre-starts and basic maintenance
n
- Working independently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
n
- Representing RPM Pro Civil professionally on client sites
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- - Proven grader operating experience
n
- - Ability to operate a range of civil machinery
n
- - Strong final trim skills
n
- - Experience in subdivisions, roadworks and drainage preferred
n
- - White Card (essential)
n
- - Current driver's licence (HR licence highly regarded)
n
- - GPS machine control experience (advantageous)
n
- - Reliable, motivated and safety-focused
n
- - Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality results
n
