With 10 clinics nationally and a rapidly growing eCommerce channel, The Skin Bar is entering its next phase of scale and we're looking for a Head of Marketing to help architect that future with us.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop and execute an end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with brand positioning and business growth targets
n
- Own and deliver performance against key marketing KPIs, including customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and ROI
n
- Oversee integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, influencer, PR, and product launches
n
- Drive audience growth across all brand social media platforms through strategic content and campaign planning
n
- Strengthen brand presence and customer engagement at every touchpoint, ensuring consistency and impact
n
- Lead, mentor, and grow the internal marketing team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture
n
- Analyze marketing data and audience behavior to inform decisions, optimise campaign performance, and uncover new growth opportunities
n
- Create and maintain a data-led marketing calendar, informed by industry trends, seasonal moments, and performance insights
n




- Identify and execute opportunities to increase market share, brand awareness, and customer lifetime value
n
- Working closely with the founder to create strategies that supports growth for her personal brand ,alongside the growth of The Skin Bar
n

About You

n

n
- Demonstrated success in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
n
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing, including at least 4 years in a leadership role
n
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, brand development, and performance media
n
- Proven ability to grow social media audiences and drive engagement
n
- Highly experienced with Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify, Later, and other relevant marketing platforms
n
- Skilled in customer segmentation and executing targeted marketing strategies that drive results
n
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of scaling brand awareness and customer acquisition
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach
