Responsibilities
n
n
- Deliver commercial construction and fit-out projects from start to completion.
n
- Plan, program, and manage project delivery.
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
n
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
n
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and project profitability.
n
- Oversee procurement, contracts, and variations.
n
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
n
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
n
- Conduct site inspections and oversee quality assurance.
n
- Drive safety compliance across all projects.
n
- Report project performance to Directors.
n

About You
n
n
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the commercial fit-out industry.
n
- Robust track record delivering large-scale commercial fit-out projects across sectors such as hospitality, retail, workplace, and education.
n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, contracts, and costs.
n
- Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
n
- Relevant construction qualifications and a White Card.
n
