n Build Our Commercial Division From the Ground Up

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 + Performance Bonuses / Allowance (Negotiable)

This is not a junior sales role.

n

We're looking for a proven commercial solar professional who has successfully built, grown or led commercial business development. You should be capable of presenting a clear strategy for how you would establish and scale the commercial division at Off The Grid Energy.

Applicants without a minimum of three years' proven commercial solar experience will not be considered.

You'll be responsible for designing, implementing and growing our national commercial division from the ground up.

You'll work directly with the Directors to create the systems, processes, sales strategy and customer journey that will allow our commercial business to scale nationally.

This is a hands-on leadership position where your ideas will genuinely shape the future of the business.
