We partner with Tier 1 contractors to deliver some of Australia's largest infrastructure and civil construction projects, providing innovative and reliable solutions across road, rail, airports, tunnels and major urban developments.

As our Queensland business continues to grow, we're looking for two motivated Project Coordinators to join our team.

n

The role
n You'll take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish, maintaining a strong in office presence and ensuring operations run as planned.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

End-to-end coordination of assigned projects with strong attention to detail

n

Liaising daily with clients to confirm material movements and truck requirements

n

Working closely with Sales and Transport to align resources and delivery

n

Reviewing site conditions, access, routes and safety requirements before jobs commence

n

Maintaining a visible Lantrak presence on site and resolving issues as they arise

n

Ensuring drivers are inducted, compliant,



briefed and operating safely

n

Monitoring performance, identifying issues and applying corrective actions

n

Understanding material types and contract specifications

n

Maximising the value of material moved across each project

n

Communicating material opportunities with the Sales team

n

About you

n

Experience coordinating construction, transport or major infrastructure projects

n

Strong understanding of truck configurations, payloads and site access

n

Solid grasp of material movement and construction workflows

n

Confident communicator who can deal with clients, drivers and site teams

n

Organised, practical and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment

n

Basic Microsoft Office skills
