n Blooms The Chemist Casey Central is a large, high-volume, award-winning community pharmacy that expanded into sleep apnoea services around three years ago. We're now the largest supplier of Philips CPAP machines in the pharmacy market within Australia, with a well-established and fast-growing patient base. Our clinic offers a full range of diagnostic services and sleep apnoea treatment options.

The Role
n We're looking for a Sleep Apnoea Consultant, up to full-time hours, to join our team, working alongside Kathy, our experienced sleep technician and sales lead. We currently run around 45 appointments across 3 days a week, and we're expanding to a 7-day schedule — this is your chance to grow with us and help shape that expansion.

n

There's also a genuine pathway to take on management of the clinic for the right person, with further opportunity to expand into other areas of the pharmacy as your role grows.

What You'll Do

n

Conduct patient consultations for sleep diagnostics, CPAP setup, mask fitting, and machine trials

n

Guide patients through their treatment options and support them in choosing the right path

n

Provide ongoing patient support,



troubleshooting, and compliance follow-up

n

Work closely with Kathy and the wider pharmacy team on patient experience

n

Liaise closely with doctors, nurses, and pharmacists to support integrated patient care

n

Help drive the continued growth of a leading sleep apnoea service

n

Take on increasing responsibility, with the opportunity to manage the clinic long-term and branch into other areas of the pharmacy

n

What We're Looking For

n

Experience in pharmacy or a sleep clinic preferred, but not essential

n

A strong passion for patient outcomes and a genuine drive for sales — this is a must

n

Confidence guiding patients through an important health and lifestyle decision

n

Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused, empathetic approach

n

Comfortable liaising with healthcare professionals as part of a collaborative care model

n

Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster

n
