Key responsibilities include:

n

- Organise, coordinate, and monitor field trials across various crops and regions
n
- Collect, analyse and maintain accurate trial data and prepare technical reports.
n
- Interpret agronomic results and provide recommendations based on trial outcomes
n
- Provide technical support and advice on products
n




- Assist in developing product positioning and technical marketing information
n
- Support training programs, field days, demonstrations, and educational workshops
n
- Assist with information provision and technical engagement for potential customers
n
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
n
- Stay informed on industry developments, crop nutrition trends, and agronomic best practices
n
- Support sales and business development teams with technical expertise when required
n

About you:

n

n
- Tertiary qualification in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Crop Science, or related discipline
n
- Previous experience in agronomy, crop nutrition, fertiliser, or agricultural advisory roles
n
- Strong understanding of soil health, crop nutrition, and fertiliser management
n
- Experience collecting and interpreting field trial data
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Ability to present technical information clearly to different stakeholders
n
- Must have full driver's license
n
