What You'll Be Doing

n

- Lead day‐to‐day kitchen operations as the 2IC to our Head Chef
n
- Maintain high food quality, consistency, and safety standards
n
- Coach and develop a team of Cooks to help elevate their skills
n
- Assist with ordering, stock control, and kitchen administration
n
- Set the tone during busy services and create a positive team culture
n
- Ensure every guest enjoys a great food experience, every time
n

Who You Are

n

We're looking for someone who brings:

n

- You hold a valid WWCC, First Aid & CPR certificate or you're willing to obtain
n
- Experience in high‐volume kitchens (leadership experience highly regarded)
n
- A calm, organised approach under pressure
n
- A passion for mentoring others
n
- Pride in consistency, safety, and high standards

- A team‐first attitude and alignment with our values
