Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced lead carpenter to join our team, someone who not only excels in craftsmanship but also brings strong leadership and project management skills to the table.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing carpentry projects from start to finish, leading a crew on-site, and ensuring all work is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. You will play a key role in planning, coordination and quality control, all while setting the pace and leading by example.

What we are looking for:

proven experience in residential carpentry (commercial experience a plus)

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively

Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints

n

A hands on, can-do attitude with a commitment to delivering top-quality results
