Job Description

We're working with a leading retail organisation in Melbourne that is undergoing a significant digital and commerce transformation. They are looking for a Senior Solution Architect with deep experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performing eCommerce solutions.

This role will sit across both business and technology teams, helping shape the architecture of a modern retail platform while ensuring integration across key systems including CRM, payments, OMS and fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Commerce Cloud within a large retail environment
n
- Design scalable omnichannel commerce solutions across digital, in-store and mobile channels
n
- Define integration architecture between Commerce Cloud, Salesforce ecosystem, ERP, OMS and payment platforms
n
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure architecture is deliverable, secure and scalable
n




- Provide architectural leadership across multiple workstreams within a broader digital transformation program
n
- Engage with senior stakeholders across technology, digital and retail operations
n

Key Experience

n

n
- Extensive experience as a Solution Architect within large-scale retail or eCommerce environments
n
- Strong hands‐on architecture experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
n
- Experience designing integrated retail platforms across CRM, commerce, payments, loyalty and fulfilment
n
- Strong understanding of API‐led architecture, microservices and cloud platforms
n
- Experience working within complex transformation programs involving multiple vendors and delivery teams
n
- Robust stakeholder engagement skills and ability to communicate architecture to both technical and business audiences
