Role Overview

n

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Front of House Supervisor to lead our service team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining smooth service flow, and supporting staff to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Supervise and lead FOH staff during daily service
n
- Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
n
- Manage opening and closing procedures
n
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
n
- Train, mentor, and onboard new team members
n
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
n




- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area
n
- Assist with rostering and staff scheduling as required
n
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
n
- Support management with daily reporting and operations
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality (café, takeaway, or restaurant)
n
- Strong leadership and team management skills
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
n
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
n
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
n
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
n
