The Eastwood Hotel is a historic landmark located in the vibrant heart of Eastwood, just steps away from Eastwood Train Station. Established in the early 20th century, the hotel has been a beloved gathering spot for locals and visitors alike.

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Manage daily operations across bar, gaming, and TAB sections, ensuring all areas are running smoothly.
n
- Supervise and support staff, providing guidance to uphold exceptional customer service standards.
n
- Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures, including cash control and compliance.
n
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
n
- Flexibility to work across varying shifts, including days,



nights, and weekends.
n
- Rotating rosters offer an opportunity to develop expertise in all aspects of hotel management.
n
- Preferred food & beverage experience in a supervisor role.
n

The successful applicant will:

n

- Essential requirements for this position are Current RSA, RCG & ARCG Competency Cards.
n
- Be a motivational leader who encourages and develops the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience each time.
n
- Minimum of 1-2 years of management experience in a similar role with a strong knowledge of managing day-to-day operations of a venue with strong and complex trade.
n
- Hands on approach in your leadership and management.
n
- A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent people skills.
n
- A passion for the hospitality industry with the desire to progress within the company.
