Your Day Will Include

n

n
- Managing your own portfolio from end to end
n




- Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
n
- Coordinating maintenance and contractors
n
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
- Processing lease renewals and rent reviews
n
- Monitoring rental arrears
n
- Attending NCAT when required
n
- Ensuring compliance with NSW legislation
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous experience in Property Management, Assistant Property Management or Leasing
n
- Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- A positive attitude and genuine desire to build a long-term career
n
- Ability to manage your workload and provide exceptional customer service
