Dispatch & Warehouse Coordinator – Join a Growing Electrical Switchboard Manufacturing Team

Are you organised, safety focused and confident in a warehouse environment? We're seeking a Dispatch & Warehouse Coordinator to keep our stock, workflow and dispatch operations running smoothly. You'll play a key role in getting high‐quality electrical switchboards out the door on time.

In this role, you will:
n
n
- Coordinate daily dispatches and book freight
n
- Prepare delivery paperwork and ensure products are ready for transport
n
- Receive and check incoming goods
n
- Keep the warehouse tidy, organised and compliant
n
- Maintain stock levels and support production with materials
n
- Operate forklifts and lifting equipment safely
n
- Work closely with workshop and admin teams to meet deadlines
n
n
You'll be great in this role if you have:
n
n
- Warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
- A forklift license
n
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
n
- Understanding of safe manual handling and WHS practices
n
- Experience with ERP/job systems (bonus)
n
- Experience in electrical or manufacturing industry (bonus)
n
n
This is a hands on role in a workshop and warehouse setting where safety, organisation and teamwork matter. If you take pride in doing things properly and keeping operations running smoothly.
