We are on the lookout for a driven Certificate III or Diploma Educator to join our brand-new team on a casual basis!

n

You will be actively engaged in educating and caring for children under five years of age, and effectively communicating and developing relationships with children, families and Educators.

n

Our centre is open from 6:30am - 6:30pm, this position must be flexible to work opens or closing shifts!

n

About your new role:

n

n
- Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning workplace
n
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
n
- Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
n
- Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
n

About you:

n

n
- Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services as approved by ACECQA.
n




- Current Blue Card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
n
- Experience in an early childhood setting.
n
- A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
n
- Prior experience and confidence in leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs.
n
- Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
n
