We are looking for a Property Leasing Officer to join our close-knit, high-performing team for the long term.

As our Property Leasing Officer, you'll play a critical role in the success of our Property Management division, ensuring a seamless experience for landlords and tenants alike.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Conducting routine inspections and reporting on property condition
n
- Conducting Ingoing inspections and assisting new tenancies moving in
n
- Hosting open homes on alternate Saturdays and securing quality tenants
n
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance,



liaising with landlords, tenants and tradies
n
- Monitoring and following up rental arrears
n
- Managing vacate notices, notifying landlord and tenants accordingly
n
- Maintaining strict key control and compliance procedures
n

We're seeking someone who is:

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

- Confident, qualified and personable with clients and tenants
n
- Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused
n
- Accountable and reliable in delivering outcomes
n
- Comfortable working independently while thriving in a team environment
n
- Available to work alternate Saturdays (essential)

Previous real estate or property management experience is highly regarded, however what matters most is your attitude, professionalism and commitment to building a long-term career. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
