DNA Recruitment is looking for experienced Traffic Controllers with TC2, TMI 2 and TMI 3 qualifications to join our growing team. If you're reliable, safety-focused, and looking for casual work with competitive pay, we'd love to hear from you.

Competitive Casual Pay Rates (Ordinary Hours)

- Traffic Controller: $37.99 per hour
n
- Team Leader: $39.03 per hour
n

n

Your Role

n

As part of our professional traffic management team, you will:

n

n
- Safely manage traffic for roadworks, construction sites, and major events.
n
- Operate Stop/Slow bats to direct traffic.
n
- Implement and monitor Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).
n
- Load and unload traffic signage and equipment.
n
- Conduct site hazard assessments and implement appropriate control measures.
n
- Identify and report hazards, incidents, and near misses.
n




- Monitor traffic flow to maintain a secure environment for workers and the public.
n
- Follow directions from Team Leaders, Foremen, Inspectors, and Auditors.
n
- Safely control traffic, pedestrians, and cyclists around work zones.
n

What You'll Need

n

n
- Current TC2, TMI 2 and/or TMI 3 Accreditation
n
- White Card (Construction Induction/OHS Card)
n
- Previous Traffic Management experience
n
- Availability for weekdays, night shifts, weekends, and call-outs
n
- TMA qualification (highly desirable)
n
