About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of the business, creating memorable customer experiences while consistently achieving sales targets. You'll take a consultative approach, understanding each customer's needs and providing tailored product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service from initial enquiry through to sale.

- Build strong relationships that create repeat business and customer loyalty.

- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.

- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and confidently recommend solutions.

- Maintain high visual merchandising and showroom presentation standards.

- Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale system.

- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve store KPIs.

- Previous retail or customer service experience.

- A genuine passion for sales and helping customers.

- A confident and engaging communication style.

- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results.

- Ability to work weekends with a stable roster.
