What's on Offer

- Rosters:5:2, 5:4, 7:7, 2:1, 4:2
n
- Locations:Across Queensland
n
- Pay:$41–$43 per hour + super
n
- Earnings:$100K+ in your first year
n
- Trainee Driller (12 months):$120K+ + super
n
- Driller Level 1 (2 years):$140K+ + super
n
- Driller Level 2 (3 years):$160K+ + super
n
- Driller Level 3 (4 years):$180K+ + super
n
- Assisting drillers with rig operation and maintenance
n
- Handling drill rods and tooling
n
- Cleaning, measuring, and logging core samples
n
- General site maintenance and rig cleaning
n

- Pay:$41–$43 per hour + super

- Shifts:12‐hour shifts

- Earnings:$100K+ in your first year

- Start Dates:Immediate starts available

- Trainee Driller (12 months):$120K+ + super

- Driller Level 1 (2 years):$140K+ + super

Key Responsibilities

n
- Assisting drillers with rig operation and maintenance
n
- Handling drill rods and tooling
n
- Cleaning, measuring, and logging core samples
n
- General site maintenance and rig cleaning

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Intensive labouring or physically demanding work experience
n
- High level of physical fitness and resilience
n
- Clean police record (required for mine site access)
n
- Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical & D&A; screen
n
- Mechanical aptitude and problem‐solving skills
n
- Manual C Class licence (HR licence highly regarded)
n
- Strong commitment to training and long‐term career progression
n
