Job Description

Monash Health in Melbourne is seeking a Training and Auditing Coordinator within the Scanning Centre. You will deliver specialised SMR training to recent and existing staff, develop training materials, and ensure data quality and compliance across sites.

Working in a small team, you will monitor KPIs, conduct regular audits of scanned records, provide feedback and coaching, and support system users with troubleshooting and workflow issues as needed.
