Job Description

Genesis Health & Fitness is seeking a Fitness Division Coordinator to lead recruitment, training and development across multiple sites. You will drive service standards and support Personal Trainers to achieve regionally aligned KPIs.

Reporting to the Regional Fitness Manager, you'll oversee training delivery, partner collaboration and gym-floor safety while mentoring students pursuing Certificate 4. This is a energetic, growth-focused leadership role.
