What You'll Be Doing:

n

As an Air Conditioning Apprentice, you'll assist qualified technicians with the inspection, cleaning, and servicing of air conditioning and ventilation systems. You'll gain valuable hands-on experience across the electrical and mechanical components of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems while completing a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.

You'll learn how to:

- Service and maintain air conditioning and ventilation systems.
n
- Perform routine checks, clean coils, and replace filters to improve efficiency.
n
- Diagnose faults in mechanical, refrigeration, and ventilation systems.
n
- Assist with breakdowns, repairs, and installations across commercial sites.
n
- Work with senior technicians and mechanical engineers to ensure systems run safely and efficiently.
n




- Understand energy efficiency and preventative maintenance best practices.
n
- Follow all WHS and ARCtick regulatory requirements.
n
