About the Role

n

- On‐site glass installation, fixing, and glazing across commercial and residential projects - both new builds and replacements
n
- Delivering high‐quality workmanship while working as part of a supportive, growing team
n
- Providing exceptional customer service and representing the O'Brien brand with pride
n
- Working flexible rosters, including the option of a 4‐day week (10‐hour days)
n
- Accessing overtime, shift penalties, and incentives
n

About You

n

n
- Certificate III in Glass and Glazing (or equivalent trade qualification)
n
- A current driver's licence
n
- Strong working knowledge of Australian Standards AS1288 and relevant local glazing/construction regulations
n
- A commitment to safety, quality, and delivering an excellent customer experience
n
- A friendly, approachable communication style
n
- Great attention to detail, solid time‐management, and the ability to adapt in a changing environment
n
