Programmed Skilled Workforce are seeking a production worker for our client in Ballarat VIC. Our client is one of Australia's leading manufacturer of flour-based products, with over 100 years of experience in flour milling and food production.

This casual role operates on a rotating roster Mon-Fri.

Key responsibilities:

- Operate in accordance with strict safety and quality standards
n
- Perform repetitive manual handling and physical tasks
n
- Follow detailed instructions and adhere to company procedures
n
- Work both independently and collaboratively in small or large team
n

n

What we're looking for:

- Proven reliability and punctuality
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
- Willingness to work flexible schedule across rotating shifts (Days/Afternoons)
n




- Ability to complete repetitive, physically demanding work
n
- Forklift Licence (Preferred)
n
