We are urgently looking for a Trainer & Assessor for our Certificate IV in Business program.

n

Location & Schedule

n

North Sydney: 5:30pm - 9:30pm - 10 Week Session.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Delivering training, assessment and student services that adhere to the principles of access and equity, meet the individual needs of students, and maximize outcomes for students.
n
- Conducting assessment and making assessment decisions in accordance with the principles of assessment and rules of evidence.
n
- Validating, moderating, and continuously improving assessment tools and processes, and moderating assessment decisions.
n




- Actively engaging in ongoing career development to ensure the continued currency of VET knowledge and skills, industry skills / vocational competence, and trainer / assessor competence.
n

Qualifications and Competencies

n

All applicants need to have:

n

n
- Certificate IV in TAE40116 or TAE40110 along with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 units.
n
- Currency Documents.
n
- Proof of PDs done in the last year.
n
