KeyResponsibilities

n
- Test Strategy & Planning:Define and implement testingstrategies, methodologies, and tools, including automation frameworks.
n
- Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and coordinate testingefforts, allocating tasks to analysts.
n
- Execution & Monitoring:Oversee test execution,



ensuringtesting aligns with project requirements and timelines.
n
- Defect Management:Identify, document, and track defects,conducting root cause analysis for issues.
n
- Stakeholder Reporting:Provide regular updates on testingprogress, risks, and quality metrics to managers and clients.
n

RequiredSkills and Qualifications

n
- Experience:Proven experience as a Test Lead or senior TestAnalyst, often 3+ years.
n
- Technical Skills:Understanding of manual/automated testingtools (e.g., Selenium,Azure Test Plans,ServiceNow ATF).
n
- Methodologies:Robust knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfallframeworks.
n
- Soft Skills:Excellent leadership, communication, analytical,and problem-solving skills.
