Responsibilities

n

n
- Work as part of our Professional Services team, supporting a broad range of enterprise and government clients.
n
- Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable cloud‐based solutions using Microsoft Azure and related technologies.
n
- Deliver 2nd and 3rd level support across ICT systems and services.
n
- Troubleshoot and manage:n n
- Active Directory & Azure AD
n
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
n
- Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online/Hybrid)
n
- Windows Server and core infrastructure
n
- Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep) to maintain configuration control and repeatability.
n
- Monitor, tune, and optimise system performance, ensuring availability, resilience, and compliance.
n
- Own issues end‐to‐end from first report to resolution keeping stakeholders informed throughout.
n
- Collaborate with internal teams and third‐party vendors to resolve complex or escalated incidents.
n
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and recommending emerging technologies and service improvements.

Qualifications

n

n
- Proven experience as a Cloud Administrator / Systems Administrator / IT Support Engineer,



ideally in a Managed Services or enterprise environment.
n
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, as well as hybrid workplace environments.
n
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server, virtualisation, networking (LAN/WAN), and enterprise security.
n
- Hands‐on experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, M365, AVD, and Exchange.
n
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep, or equivalent).
n
- Proficiency with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar) and structured incident/change management processes.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer‐first mindset.
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and perform under pressure.
n
- Eligibility to hold or ability to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance.
