The Role

n

Depending on your trade and experience, your day may include:

Plumbing

n

- Blocked drains
n
- Leak detection and repairs
n
- Hot water system repairs and replacements
n
- Burst pipes
n
- Tap and toilet repairs
n
- Gas appliance servicing
n
- CCTV drain inspections
n
- General plumbing maintenance
n

n

Heating & Cooling

n

n
- Servicing ducted heating systems
n
- Split system servicing and repairs
n
- Evaporative cooler servicing
n
- Fault finding and diagnostics
n
- Heating and cooling installations
n
- Preventative maintenance
n
- Customer advice and system recommendations
n

n

Roofing

n

n
- Roof leak investigations and repairs
n
- Gutter and downpipe repairs
n
- Roof maintenance
n
- Flashing repairs
n
- Roof inspections
n
- Roof restoration and associated maintenance works
n

n

with a wide variety of maintenance work across homes and investment properties.

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Qualified and licensed tradespeople
n
- Current Driver's Licence
n
- Experience in maintenance work
n
- Solid fault-finding and problem-solving skills
n
- Great communication and customer service
n
- Reliable, motivated and able to work independently
n

n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Plumbing experience with drain cleaning machines and CCTV cameras
n
- Gas fitting licence
n
- Refrigerant Handling Licence (Heating & Cooling)
n
- Roofing experience across tiled and metal roofs
n
