As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced travel consultant who loves selling, enjoys building relationships and wants to become a genuine destination specialist.

The Opportunity

n

This is far more than a reservations role.

n

You'll become a trusted advisor to travel agents across Australia, helping them create tailored itineraries while building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

n

You'll work alongside an experienced and supportive team where collaboration, learning and product knowledge are highly valued.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Creating tailor-made luxury holidays throughout the South Pacific.
n
- Consulting with travel agents to understand their clients and recommend the right destinations and resorts.
n
- Confidently converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
n
- Managing bookings from quotation through to travel.
n




- Building strong relationships with travel agent partners and preferred suppliers.
n
- Maintaining accurate booking records and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
n
- Working closely with your teammates to deliver outstanding service every day.
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, thrives in a fast-paced workplace and genuinely loves selling travel.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- At least two years' experience in the travel industry.
n
- Wholesale or retail travel experience.
n
- Experience selling premium or luxury travel (highly regarded).
n
- Experience using a GDS (Galileo preferred).
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
n
- Confidence working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
n
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to continue learning.
n

Most importantly, you'll be someone who is curious, positive and passionate about helping travel agents create unforgettable holidays for their clients.
